You probably don't get a lot of mail from parents but, here's one.
The guy named Dan at Dodge skatepark bowl in Columbus, Ohio is my son Dan Harrigan. It gave me great pleasure to see his photo on your page. We are seperated by quite a distance because he is in Columbus and I am in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Dan and his brother Jason (AKA Holmes) began skating at about 11 or 12. Their dad skated with them and gladly transported them and their freinds to skate events and locations so I could have a chance to carve a line with them. It made us closer I think.
Eventually I blew out my knee for good and had to give it up for good but on a recent visit Dan and I visited a park here in Toronto and I couldn't resist the opportunity to tale a run. It was pathetically slow and I was too cowardly to push to the speed I really wanted. Great stuff skateboarding!
You have a great page going here and I am imprtessed with your photography (a lifelong hobby of mine).
